I did extensive research before I purchased your product and was so pleased with it for a year and a half. That is until 7/6/12. It stopped steaming. The canister gets super hot you can hardly touch it but not steam comes out. No one in my house uses this but me and I am lost without it. I don't know whether to purchase another one or go on another search, which I don't look forward to. I had an extensive conversation with another lady in Lowe's in Gun Barrel City, Texas on 7/8/12 who had the exact same thing happen to her's which has made me wonder if this has happened to others with this same model since her's is the very same model as mine and the same amount of usage time. Neither of us are in the best of health to go back to regular mops, these were searched for and sought out for certain purposes to fit needs for more than just being able to just clean without the use of soap and chemicals on new floors. Thank you for you time and consideration in reading this message. I really didn't want to get upset, as I know that is not what you want to hear but did want to be heard as I did believe in the product so much when I purchased it as I sought it out due to my research and you infomercials.
